Houston Interview, awaiting decision

My husband and I went to employment-based I-485 interview few days back. Everything was fine except that the officer informed my husband during the interview that he was once arrested in Italy sometime ago. The annoying thing about this is that my husband has never in his life been arrested before and has never been to Italy before. My husband told the officer, he hasn't been to Italy before and has never been ever arrested before. Truly, he has lived in Europe some years back but wasn't anywhere close to Italy. Generally, the officer was nice. She had us sign a form and took our fingerprints. She said she will have to review my husband's file some more before making a decision. This is very annoying to us and we don't know what to do, sue UCIS or what?. Our lawyer was with us but advised we wait for whatever the decision will be. We have waited for over 4yrs for this GC and this is what we got finally?.

Can somebody please respond to my situation posted earlier. What are we to expect and what can we do.
