If i take vacation, i won't receive paystub as I am on hourly w2 with my company. Somebody with expereince, please post details as to how to handle RFE for payslips?

Just my 2 cents.

It's better if you ask your employer to generate it, though it might cost you. Otherwise if you get any RFE, take a letter from your employer that you took unpaid vacation during that period.
You can argue by showing last six months pay stubs or from 'Year to Date' amount in your paystub that you got a stable job.
INS cannot deny your green card just because you took vacation, but obviously they may delay the approval. One way was to simply sit on the file without taking any action( which they are doing right now anyway and might do even with all paystubs) or they may transfer the file to local INS (which is another level of irritation).

Note: I got RFE for last year w-2 and last three months paystubs. Fortunately, I got all the paystubs. We are pushed to such a stage people congratulated me for getting RFE as that means there is some movement.

:D :D

If you are an hourly W2 with your company, why don't you ask them to generate pay stubs with the salary on the labor so that the extra money you accumulate may be used for generating the pay stubs needed when you go on vacation. This is assumning you believe your employer and you are now getting an hourly rate higher than that specified in the labor.

if we give an proper explanation during RFE..

Has BCIS accepted a proper reason such as vacation for not having 1 or 2 months paystubs when payslips are asked for during RFE?

THis year

This march, April I took about 4 weeks vacation and my employer generated pay stubs with "0" earnings. Days in March "31" days worked "0"

Just at least I have a pay stub

I don't see why BCIS should be having any problems with missing paystubs. Remember GC is for a future job. As long are your W2 is greater than what is specified in your labor..you should be fine. If your labor says 60K and your W2 shows on 25K..they might question it but again this is not a ground for denial. Employer letter stating you are employed and specifying future relationship should suffice.
Take a break and enjoy your vacation. Or best speak to your employer.
