I am a h1-b holder, I want to start my own bussiness, from the article of this forum, I got these ideas:
1,I can register a company of my own, but I can not work for it, so I am a stocks holder, what I can do is that I must hire some else to be the CEO of my company.
2. the money that I invest to my company, can not be get out, the money must be someone's salary, right? can I hire my relative who has labor card(not green card)?
3.If I have my own bussiness, does this has some bad influence on my greencard applying? of couse, I will not let my boss know this thing.
