We went their to try we didnt have any hopes that their will issue Interim EAd with out completing 90 days . Thus it have not completed 90 days we applied for interim ead.But superisingly their issued us Interim Ead with out any questions . Just their took money order of 120$ thus it its every thing went cool just our Ead expeired on saturday ok guys i hope it will help :D

that's great news for lot of folks around here.

also, how about getting interim EAD (for the first time) before the 90 day period. any experiences? thx.

I dont think the EAD has anything to do with the 90 day period. It is processed seperately. There is a different application form for it.
I am waiting for mine. I learnt that it is taking about 5 months to process the EAD cards.

Are you in San Diego?

As far as I found at INS web site, right now only San Diego office accepts walk-in EAD application. I wish San Jose office do the same thing as well.
