You can try to give early FP, we did it today, our FP is also on 12/01/04 and 12/03/04. we have given on 10/30/04 a month early. They will accept, but try to give FP around saturday preferbaly LunCh Time
Thx
I will be very glad when you get yours approved, friend. You were waiting for a long time now. Surely, I will miss you, but then, I wish that happens fast Also, don't worry. Optimistically, FPs are approved the very same business day by FBI. So, you may well have this as an XMAS gift. Just don't forget to throw a few Hail-Maries my way
thanks. I do wish people like you and george do get approved by the end of this year. they wait is killing . thanks again.
Do you think it is worth going ahead of time for doing FP?
Tsc
No I think it is just that they picked up May 02 files...
Yes, sure, it is. We all are fooled to think that the FP notices are implemented in a Procrustean way. Not so. The ASC receives your FPs and immediately transmits them electronically to the FBI. The FBI, for its part immediately validates it and sends the feedback electronically back to the INS. It all ends there. So, once the FP results come back, either the adjudicator gets a triggered information about the status update, or when he feels like monitoring the status of the cases at hand, he gets to see that FP results have come and it is time for him to adjudicate further. So, as you see, it only helps you by going for FP earlier. The million-dollar question is, will your ASC be cool in doing an earlier FP?
