Hope dwindling for "Retrogression" affected applicants

So far there are no approvals for EB3 category in “Retrogression” affected countries with the PD between 01/01/2002 and 04/01/2002 at NSC. As usual NSC farmers are sleeping.

It is depressing and scary. The light at the end of the tunnel is diminishing.

We would like to hear from someone with approvals with PD between 01/01/2002 and 04/01/2002. Are there anyone? Is it only with NSC? Do you guy know if there are any approvals in other centers? If none of the centers are approving cases then why are they moving the PD? It simply raises our hope for no reason.

I called them and they got my details. Separately, I have mailed AR-11. Later, I got a letter. The LUD changed but the content of the online message never changed. Never got an email. It took me long time to figure out that the LUD has changed.
 
I think right now they are processing all the applications for which PD is before 01/01/2002, of course due to reason they slept for a long time, at least it gives us some hope that they are working on something after a long sleep.

I just feel good atleast they approved my I-140 recently and now I can use AC21 in case if I need to
