Just about 10 days my labor got approved. ...However the joy of seeing it approved went away because on my labor the lawyer goofed up and put experience in companies I didn't work. The education is fine:

Education and experience stated in labor : Bachelor's (only no particular specialization) + 2 years
Labor is Mine and my qualifications are : Master's + 1 years exp..

Is it safe to go ahead any apply 140/485 on this labor. ....

The problem is everything seems to be fine but does educational equivalence apply on my case...

Should not be a problem... It would be an issue if your LC Approval had some specialization which is different from yours.

So, nothing to worry..

woudn't the INS say since this your labor show up the experience of the companies mentioned in the Labor Certification?

Oops.. sorry, I didn't realize that the goof up you mentioned was related to "fake experience" in LCA.

Theoreotically, USCIS could ask you to provide experience letters from your previous employers (you stated in LC application) during I-140 as well as I-485 stages. So it is definitely NOT safe. You might want to take chances and go ahead and apply I-140/485 application assuming that you will escape from being under the magnifying glass.

If you want to be extra safe, you could apply another LC with the currect experiences this time while you have these under processing..

A consultant, outsourcers can justify it. They work on several projects and sedomly get certificates except references. I work for company A, represent and mention the clients name and project on resume.

assur but this is my own labor..you think that's not going to pose any problem so far.....any more views on this?
