I am wondering if anyone else other than me had the pleasure of first goingto the naturalization interview, waited for over 3 hours before one officer called my name. He took me to a room, had me go through the routine stuff of asking questions and later to my utter surprise invited three homeland securtiy agents to inteview me, trying to find if I somehow may be invloved in something.....never got to find out till this day what the hell it was all about. My interview took place in 2004 and still waiting to hear, whereas my wife was interviewed a day earlier than my date and took her oath in less a week.

Does anyone think it make sense for my to now possibly sue them or should I wait?

If you don't mind me asking, what is your background/nationality/ethnicity?

And absolutely, you should definitely sue now, this is getting ridiculous.

It's been two years since your interview. You should sue them. You are entittled to sue after 120 days after your interview. Wait no more.
