Home office E2 visa

Hello,

I am currently in the US in order to start my investment to get the E-2 visa.

I don't want to rent an office but do a "home office". How does it work? Is it possible to pay the dedicated part of the apartment with the corporate account? Do I need a contrat/lease about the apartment? I am currently renting an apartment through a sublease, would it be a problem? How do I prove that I am working from home?

Thanks by advance,

Sepia

In the same process. As per my attorney who specializes in E visas, a home office does NOT qualify for an E2 visa. You NEED to show a lease agreement.
