My priority date is 10/10/2001.
I-485 - August-2003 in Vermont.
I concurrently filed 1-140 and I-485 under EB3
My 1-140 is approved
However 485 is still pending. Running on my 7th year H-1B extension:
FP done in Feb –2005
My attorney opened an inquiry at USCIS and got a letter from USCIS stating that my I485- AOS approval is pending because the routine security check at homeland security is delayed. It further states that they don’t have an ETA on when it will be approved.I-485 - August-2003 in Vermont.
