Hiw long after stamping does the online message change ?

We got our passports stamped on May 19th and the online message is still syaing 'Your case has been approved..blah blah". It hasn't changed to "Cards have been ordered..."
Anyone in the same situatiuon...should I panick and call ?

Don't panic. It depends on your location and your local BCIS office. According to your stamping date, the new message should show up soon if you stamped at Newark, NJ.

Our cards were stamped on May 9

and we got our cards like 3 weeks back

We got our passports stamped on May 21st and yesterday (July 21st) my wife's message changed to Cards Ordered.

My case still says the same message.."This case has been approved ......."

In my case though I got 2 approval notices, one for May 13th and the other for June 10th. So I guess they are going by the June 10 date so I am expecting my message to change only after August 10...that is if everything remains the same with BCIS !!
