As some of you following PEPFAR reauthorization might be aware, there is a provision that revokes a section of immigration law that bars those with HIV as inadmissible to the US.
It looks like Bush will sign this into law very soon (see: http://kaisernetwork.org/daily_reports/rep_index.cfm?DR_ID=53474).
Once this happens, what processes are involved in aligning the new immigration rules with the law? And how long would it take?
