Sorry to ask you again but in the cover letter that you said you used for you I-131 you put
Petitioner:XXX
Beneficiary:XXXXX

ehat is the difference between petitioner and beneficiary??? I think is the same person or the petitioner is the direct applicant and the beneficiary is the spouse??
please help on this

Beneficiary is the person who will be getting the benefit, i.e. permanent residence. Petitioner is the US citizen or LPR individual in family based cases and employer in employment based cases.
For example if you, a US citizen file for your parents to become LPR, you are the petitioner and your parents are the beneficiaries.
