history of processing dates .. for senator

Hello team,
Rather than sending this to the senator thread started up by
ghee, I am posting this as a separate thread. Does anyone
know how to get a history of processing dates from NSC.
By that I mean - we all know that the date of processing
has not moved beyond Aug. 2001 for the last 7-8 months.
However where can we find an offical history (any web site
or private records) which shows the following -

As of May 15 (say) 2003

I-485 processing dat e- August 20, 2001
----
As of June 20 2003

I-485 processing date - August 12, 2001
------
..
..
As of Dec. 19 2003

I-485 processing date - August 27, 2001
(this is available in the latest USCIS web site)

I am preparing a detailed doc. for my senator (hoping someone
from his office will call me up next week),where I am going to send
the rupnet data analysis (thanks paulclarke), the history of
processing dates - as above, trends in
approvals (2nd FP and RFE response received at the same
time - gets processed faster), and ask them to open up the
COLD CASES such as ours.

I've been wanting to plot the trend to see how ridiculous it has been, but haven't found the time nor the motivation thus far. However, what you suggest is a grand idea.

I want to put all the evidence in front of the senator, and explain
how ridiculous the whole process is.
