Hi all,

Does anyone have by any chance what the I-485 Texas processing dates have been every month this year? I'll try to find a pattern or an average monthly progress. I'll communicate my findings back to the forum.

Thanks all

it is easy

I'll try to find a pattern or an average monthly progress.

Here is a very simple equation for the Pattern:
Take a life span of a tall starbbucks coffee (in minutes), multiply by the number of donuts a Chicago cop eats for shift. Subtract the number of days until the Election Day, and divide by the number of senators who think about the immigrants (+/- 2). to all this add a number = (money spend for war in Iraq/by money spend for USCIS workers) and multiply by the hope we all still have.

Good luck
:)

Nice One !!

AILA has an archive of these dates. See http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?bc=1016|8767|6726 for TSC details going back to 1997...

However like others have said, I don't think there's much pattern to these numbers..

A month per month

Thanks much waiting4cagc. This is great info. Although I agree, these dates move all over the place, but I am just trying to get a "very rough ballpark" average monthly progress. The reason why I am trying to understand the (perhaps) un-understandable is just because i am tired of looking at my LUDs every day with no change, and with my hope being diminished every day....Having said that, here is what I did: I looked at a bigger sample to try to smooth volatility out. Taking a 6-month period I see that the date at the beginning of the period was 1/21/07 and 7/17/07 at the end, or a total net movement of 6 months. That works out to be a month per month (with a heck of a ride from beginning to end). Since USCIS is getting into fiasco territory now, we can expect them to move slower. Assuming a half as fast rate, that would be 2 weeks per month. At that rate, I would expect the December report to show a processing date somewhere around mid October '07 (with a heck lot of volatility in the way). This will at least keep my hope alive for a few more months, or it will at least give me time to figure out something else to trick my mind into it...
