Hi,
Just received an offer from a small company (100 ppl). My job would still be the same as current one in a F500 company. The thing is I need to handle the h1-b transfer on my own and the fees will be paid out of my signing bonus.
Do I need to hire a lawyer to do the H1-B transfer? I know it's not mandatory, but worth it, for transfer only?
