Guys I just read a short but strong statement in the USCIS website.
"No appeal is available from a denial of a Form I-730 petition." Well it is okay if one don't deserve it- no worries. My concern is why is our application pending for so long? It is out of the processing time.
My wife filed I-730 in Feb, 2008 and I have gone through Bio metric on 09/08 and taken photo on 04/24. I haven't heard anything from the USCIS. Well I understand that they are understaff. In any case this pending case has been there for alomost 1.5 years.

I was wondering if it is a good idea to hire an attorney to contact USCIS about the pending case. Or Just wait? Any idea?
