I have formed an LLC on H-1. My business is totally web based. My clients will pay directly (wire transfers)to the company's account in US and a manger I will hire only needs to do wire transfers to India which is web based and can be done from any part of the world. (There is nothing to be done like rents, checks etc).
My question is can I hire a manger outside US and ask him to do the work for me? Is a foriegn national allowed to have bank accounts in US ( the person has a visitor visa and can travel to US for that purpose)? Or work for a US based company from outside US? Is this plan feasible?
If I hire a US citizen as a amnger how can I insuree that he does not mishandle the funds in the company's account.
I would really appericiate a response from actual company holders who have done that.
Also can anyone sugeest me a corporate-immigration attorney in NY-NJ-CT-MA area who can handle such company issues.
