Are you asking the difference between the option "High School, no degree" and "High School Degree" on the highest education achieved question?

"High School, no degree" means someone who still going to High School (12 years education) and haven't graduated or haven't received the certificate of completion (diploma), or it could be someone who drops out from High School and did not complete it.

"High School degree" means someone who has completed High School (12 years education) and have received the certificate of completion (diploma).

The question is: Have you received the certificate of completion of your 12 years of education? If you have, select "High School degree", if you have not receive the certificate of completion, select "High School, no degree."
