High Case Numbers that got 2nd Notification Letter past and present

Hello ,
In a bid to estimate my chances, and some people in future, I would like to know the *high* Case Numbers (CN) that got second notification letters (2NL) for the preferably Africa (AF) region.

For 2010 my CN is in the 80 000 (eighty thousand) range for AF region. Now that to me is sky high but I don't know whether to just ignore this win and move on with my life or have some hope.

Noticed that for some years, eg 2009,2007,2006 all CNs is AF became CURRENT. Does this mean at that point everyone was issued 2NLs ?

Hi gregthom99,

Remember once there is life there is always hope. Pls keep hope alive n don't give up. Remember if it's the will of God that u'll be in U.S through DV Lottery 2010, even if your CN is 99,000 it does not matter for u'll be there.

as you hope to become current by God's grace,i also advise u register for the on-going lottery.

i am a dv lottery winner for the program 2010
i check my visa bulletin from travel.state.gov but i can't understand the schedules located there.
I not received the 2nd letter form KCC in Egypt until now ..?
I'm born in Saudi Arabia ….But I Egyptian
my CN: under 2010AS00027xxx
