HIb transfer Issue

Hi All,

I am working for company A and got a full time opportunity from company B and they have filed my H1B transfer petition but the thing is I was on bench for past few months and the last pay stub that I have is for the month of June. Now company B has filed for my H1B petition without the paystubs but with an employment letter from my current employer which says that I am currently working with them on H1B and now company B wants me to join them next week . Now My question is in case if I join company B :

1. then what would be the impact on me in case if USCIS comes up with query or in the worst case rejection.

2. Can I join company A if my petition gets rejected.

3. Will my case go for counselor processing and if yes what is required to do in such case.

Your new employer B, doesn't seem to put a strong case. Even if the case gets approved, this may be sent for consular processing. However in case of a rejection, you can still work for employer A.
