please let me know if i go to applyh for my revalidation to mexico and they refuse it, can i still come back to usa on valid i797.
i want to apply for myself and my wife for h4.
any help exprience can be helpful.

If you don't have valid visa in your passport then you won't be able to enter back to USA. They stamp passport " in process" and with that stamp you can't enter in USA.
