I have recieved HIB papers i.e Approval Notice, Form I-129, Form ETA 9035E. In the HIB Approval Notice and FORM I-129, my date of birth is wong. Also In FORM ETA-9035E, section F-1, second option is selected i.e Employer is a HIB dependent and/or a willful violator. But for my colleagues firts option i.e "Employer is not HIB dependent and/or not a willful violator" why is it so. Is there any problem in this, when i go to US.
Can you pls let me know what i have to do to correct my DOB or can i go to the embasyy with this papers
