HIB JOb Lay off

Jim and others, I was laid off JUne last year and till date i have not got any job offers. What are my chances now of trying to get back in status. Can i still change to a B1, I will really appreciate any help i can get. I will also like to know if any one with a 6 month old or more paycheck has been able to transfer their HI.

I think you have accumulated 180 days of illegal status, which calls for 3 years ban. 360 days calls for 8 years.
