I'm in a delegate situation here. I'm moving out of US on June 5th. My Extension will be filed to USCIS before that. I may not come back to US before Sep 30th (My Visa Expires)
is there any chance that my extension could be approved even if I'm not coming US before my current Visa gets expired?
