hi my I-485 rd:11/23/ 2001 ,can any one give me information reg which form to be filed with bcis to request expedition of process.
can any one tell me how to file through a local senator office (I live in NJ)reg unusal delay in I-485 approval?
ANY OTHER USEFUL SUGGETIONS R HIGHLY APPRECIATED.

No Forms to expediate the process

Unfortunately this whole process is a wait and watch game.

Regarding contacting local senator, check other threads in this forum where people have posted their experiences.

the only way to hope to expedite your case is to contact your both your senators offices as well as thd congress person in your district. you can get that info of who thsse people are and how to contact them at congress.gov and senate.gov.

make sure you explain that others after you have been approved and you are afraid your case has either been lost or misplaced. hence you are seeking outside help. good luck.

Expedited process can be requested by sending formal letter to BCIS. For further info check BCIS website.
