Recently I was on vacation in my home country. My company terminated my employment and sent a letter to INS to cancel my H1 visa. They told me about this after I enter US on that H1 visa. I got another job offer and the new company transferred my H1 using premium processing. I got the approval notice with I-94.

Is there any problem in this process? There was 20 day period between I came to know about my H1 termination and the application of H1 transfer.

YOU ARE OK

If you have got the new H1B with I94, then you are FINE.
It is either, your new H1B got processed before the old one got cancelled or INS did not care about the 20 days.

In the worst case, during processing your green card you might get a RFE and this is normal.
