I am on Tn Visa working in US and now i got one more offer in some other company.
How do i switch job in less than 1 0r 2 months without going to border to get new tn approval.

You can do a mail-in I-129 change of employer under same status with premium processing surcharge to ensure you receive a decision in 2 weeks.
You can do the filing online via the efile system of USCIS for form I-129. However you must also send hardcopy evidence of to support your case.
As for evidence you will need to supply:
1. copy of passport or birth certicate
2. new TN letter
3. copy of degree and/or transcripts
4. resume
5. copy of front and back of current I-94


If you do not include the extra form and $1000 for premium processing, the application could take up to 6 months to be adjudicated.
