my wife has H1 visa till 2006 and is doing residency
if she changes program
1. do we file whole H1 again
2.can we do premium processing or how long would it take(we are in florida)
3.can she get interim work authorization

1. Yes - if her employer changes - else No.
2. You may ask employer to do premimum processing. It guarantees decision in 15 days(unless there is a security check or otherwise which 'stops' clock for INS.)

1.would anyone know if orlando regional medical center pediatric residency program comes under H1 cap
2.i was told if one moves from an H1 exempt residency program to a non exempt program, then u come under cap( even when u already have H1 valid till for e.g 2006) any comments
