apply first I-485 1977
after submitting FP BIO and I-693 supplement/medical
For some reason I-693 not received -application rejected.
new application I-485 2001
ND : Aug 2001
FP : MAY 2004
RFI : Aug 2005
RFI receved 09/20/2005
BIO code 2 : October 7 2005
On line status still the same as 09/20/05

Are you, serious??? I've never met such a case before!!! It's like a comix about USCIS... How long have you spend in the U.S.? And what was the base of filing first I-485 back in 1977? You could have been a citizen already if I-693 didn't get lost!!!

I come to US 1990 filed asylum ,
asylum approved 1994.
applied green card first time 09/1997
FP 06/1998 and RFI 09/1998
November 1999 rejected application due missing I-693 suppliment ....
Reapplyied 2001
...
 
This is unbelievable.But,keep fingers crossed.You would be fine by the end of this year if your RFI doesn't get lost any more.
