HI replied for RFE for I 485

Replied for RFE got in I 485. The AVM says that it will take 360 days for this case as prelimnary evidence has been reviewed. So do they mean 360 days from filing GC or from the date of receipt of RFE ? Please reply
 
That\'s a better number than others.

For CSC, the AVM announced date is 999 days after RFE. Which center are you in?

   Thanks for replying. I am in NSC. I am shocked if this will be true. My lawyer says it will be in 3 to 4 weeks. Do they really take 360 or more days to review the RFE ? Sometimes u wonder, what they do !!!
 
It will take shorter than that.

Don\'t worry, NSCNOHOPE, it will take short than that, at least in CSC if there is no other issues.

I talked to an officer in CSC earlier this month, she told me that a case would be assigned to an officer within 60 days after CSC had received the response to RFE. So, if there is no other issues, the case would be approved soon after that.

Keep your hope high and you will be there, with a little patience.
