Hi RAVI0598, DEBO AND CIBA,

My details: PD 02/06/2000, RD 02/16/2001, ND 03/11/2001, FP 08/17/2001(FP Scheduled and given on same date)

I am planning to request my attorney to fax a request at 949 389 3055 which was given by pachai which he got it from IIO San Fransisco.

Please suggest me
1) what kind of doc\'s i have to fax ?
2) Do we need to put a cover letter, if so, what kind of matter we have to write.
3) Is it the right time to send a fax request at the above fax number as we are given FP on last Friday(August 17th Friday morning).

Hope soon reply from you. because i want to to talk to my attorney to fax it today only.

I think u dont have to bother about format and docs to be faxed....Lawyers know them very well....at least my lawyer knows what and how to fax enquiry ..

Then i would say wait for a week....call in pretext of checking FP and ask the IIO about your case......IIO\'s use the term "NON-IDENT" to tell you if your FPs are valid.
