Hi KVoora..
Thanks for ur information..is there any chance i can get a temperory EAD from the local INS office stating that EAD is approved.
do we get any EAD approval notice before we get the card? if one comes who gets that Lawyer or do we get it?
Actually I need EAD within this weekend..

When EAD is approved, INS sends the cards directly. I dont know if local INS office can help.

It normally takes about a week to get the EAD cards. I processed my application myself so dont know who receives if you process through an attorney.
