I noticed the new JIT as:

 12/20/00 ***
 
mine is WAC# 01-056-54***
        ND 12/20/2000

Does it mean my case will be put into this time zone?

any idea about this?

yeah, your case should have been assigned according JIT. but JIT is not accurate at all and this time it added more confusion because wac-01-060 are supposed to be the cases with ND 12/23 instead of 12/20. good luck to you.
