You will get their by calling INS which you can find in your I485 receipts. When you call you that number you will get a menu to connect IIO.

never got through

I tried the NSC number may be about 30 times on different times during week days...never got through....engage sound all the time...But in the evenings and weekends I could check the automated message using the same number.
Any tricks to get through to a IIO during business hours or a better day or timing?

no tricks. Keep on dialing, rather redialing. Usually it takes about 10 to 15 mins to get the line and then wait for 10-15 minutes for the IIO. That\'s what happened to me.
