hi, i have been selected for dv 2014 - i cheked only in september 2013 and downloaded the 3 foorms from internet i filled them and send on 6 of october 2013- i still didnt get no notificaiton letter, nothing, do i sitll have chanse to get interview?

More than likely you do, which area are you from have a look at the cn number they issued you and XXX out the last 3 or 4 numbers to give us an idea of when you will be called for an interview.

Example, I am from the Oceania region my cn looks like this CNOC000002xxx
If you are from an African country yours would look like this CNAF000003xxx

Hi Sidvicious, congrats on your selection kindly clarify the notification letter you haven't received? or you can send an email to KCCDV@state.gov it normally takes a day to a week for them to respond. Best of luck
