Hi Guys, does AVM update after an RFE is issued?

A RFE was issued on my case on April 25th, 2002 and the AVM has not yet updated, nor did my attorney receive a copy of the RFE.

sometimes the AVM may not update.....but....

your lawyer should get the RFE within 2 weeks at the max...

otherwise....you should ask your lawyer to get in touch with INS....(unless there are mailroom backlogs).....

I called the INS and the IIO told me that a RFE was issued for both of us
