Hi Gurus,
please advise.here is a situation.
I got an RFE on educational evaluation. The lawyer obtained the evaluation from Trustforte and sent the response to INS 2 months back.
Yesterday I requested a copy of the evaluation document from the lawyer, and was disappointed to see that my last name is miss spelt on the document. The last character in my lastname is miss spelt.
Do you guys think it will be an issue?? Is there a possibility that it may be the reason the 140 is not approved even after 2 months after the RFE response is sent?
Any advises would be appreciated.
