I am renewing my EAD for the first time.
I am a I-485 applicant ND Sep 2000.
My EAD expire on Nov 1 st.

1.
In I-765 Application they ask Current Immigration Status. I cannot put H1-B since My H1 expire next month.
So what can I put there ? "I-485 applicant"
2.
By the way do I have to put the Finger print on Signature card ? Instructions say nothing about that.

3.Will there be enoguh time If I wait until next month to see whether I will get an approval?

For the current status, include: Applied for Adjustment of Status. Attach a copy of the I-485 receipt

No fingerprint needed on the signature card.

I would not wait for the processing of I-485. My suggestion is to renew the EAD just in case. All you will lose is $100 application fees. But if your I-485 is not processed by the expiration of the EAD, you cannot work legally.
