UCIS has declared that they have stoped accepting new application for H1-B, which are cap related on Feb 17,2004. Then how come they are telling on following website that theyare processing application received on Feb 20,2004. https://egov.immigration.gov/graphics/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=Vermont

Is any one who has filed in february through regular processing (not premeium) got approval or request for information from UCIS? Because My priority date is Feb 03,2004 and I have not received any thing yet.

The dates are all for the h1 extensions from now on. Generally if the processing dates have moved to Mar 4th and if you have not receioved any response, you can call customer service and ask for a case referral.
