Hi All,
I applied for H1-B transfer from IT consulting company to a very big company via premium processing and after 4 days ,I received REF from USCIS. I replied back to there query. It has been more than 7 working days afterwards and I havent heard anything back from USCIS.
I am just wandering how much time it usually takes to get the result for premium processing. I am just getting worried why there is so much delay after the reply to their query.
Also I have travel plan to get my new visa stamped . Can I travel outside US once the transfer is approved and I can get the required paperwork from my attorneys before I go for stamping.
Please advice on this.
Thanks
LL
