Remanded case details

My case was remanded to the state a few months back (Oct 31 2003). My lawyer received a letter indicting that the case was remanded. Many of the posts here indicate that for some people in the 'remand' boat, their lawyers never received any letter. Is there anybody out here in auto remand / remand' category where the lawyer reveived the letter indicating that the case is remanded to the state and the case has been approved after the state sent back the file?
