Hi,
My employer had filed for H1-visa and Im going to have the visa interview soon.My wife who works as a nurse in india also is going to file for empolyment based immigrant visa.I also want to get added as as spouse in her visa for immigration.
1) Is it possible to do that when Im on H1 or if im in USA on H1 can I come back and do the immigration stamping when she gets the interview date
2)Is there is any problems or risk for the immigration petition if Im on H1?.
3)What happens when I get GC stamped will my H1 will get cancelled?
