I guess it is live,after processing our application they enter some info on the desktop systems which is stored in a database and that database is source of information for the website,so it gotta be live,any different thoughts?
Reading from the past posts it happens all the time during the day. I had read about some people checking their application 3-4 times a day and suddenly the message changing "APPROVED"
If you are close then its nice way to kill the time.

Idealy, the BCSI processing and website should use the same database. I will assume if it is not updated in real-time, it should be updated every several hours.
