HI All guru -- EAD for my wife

HI, my wife is on EAD now and her EAD is expiring on 1/02, our 485 RD is 9/25/00 and ND 10/00, Should she extend her EAD card?? It looks like NSC is processing 7/00 and 8/00 nowadays... when can we expect our approval??

That is a $100 Question

I would apply EAD in mid Nov or Dec, if by that time her G.C. is still pending.

Worse case, you can walk in to the local INS Dec 29th and ask for EAD. But they will charge you additional $100 for a 6 months temp EAD.

even if you apply NOW, you might not be able to get the EAD on time, so why not wait till Dec?
