I hope all of you and your loved ones are good,some of you maybe will remember me.
I am the guy that in a four month will be 21 years here in great USA , well with very bad luck when comes to immigration .......... Well ice is broken and good luck is in my side
after many lawyers ,top $$$ i got in touch with paralegal , guy that work in court, well In November of 2007 he won my case , so Judge from Washington DC called him on the phone and said that he will sand my case back to Immigration court cause I did not deserve all this kind of mess , and vacated all previous decisions . and said I should not have any problem any longer.
Which mean all my immigration case , IJ decision on Political asylum , decision of BOA , and deportation decision was vacated .
So now I am back right where I started in beginning ,20 years a go , from scratch.
It just happen that in November I meet a girl ,I got married and my lawyer said that I should get green card through marriage , IJ and IDA had no problem , but I had no proof that we filed I-130 cause Immigration office signed the money order that they got form but never send me receive ,so IJ give me other date to go and show receive that I filed , now I got receive and I guess it will be OK cause IJ want to close this case ASAP.
Any advice ? and just curios
is Obama going to give amnesty ore some immigration referendum so I can get ASAP some GC.....God bless all of you.
