Just spoke to IIO, they are processing OCT99 EB2 I485 cases. My PD is Aug 99, and filed I485 in OCT00, finished FP Dec00. To best of my knowledge VSC is not sending FP unless there is a visa available. Can anybody please tell me when my turn might come? Thanks in advance

This is typical situation to be called SNAFU....situation normal all fucked up..

SuperBabu, I would guess, you still have some way to go. Especially with lots of Oct99 cases still pending, which itself will take several months. After VSC reaches Dec99, things may get a little faster.

You have ways to go... My ND for 485 is March, 2000. I am guessing it might take 5 more months from now for my case to get processed, in other words getting a notice for finger prints. Once again everything is unpredictable with INS.
