Hey fellow's just got RFE

Finally its our turn, RFE is for me and my wife. It was sent out Feb 16 so lawyer should get it by next week, i wonder what it is i know i wont sleep till we get it.
By the way does anybody suggest i reapply for our I-765s? They exprire mid MAY. Thank you

are you using EAD or working on H1?

If working on H1 and you have enough time on H1 you can wait for a month after responding to the RFE to apply for the EAD if you think you will need it( I mean if you plan to change jobs and use EAD or if your H1 is expiring and not planning to extend it)

If you are working on EAD i would sugest apply it. You will need EAD to work a pending application for EAD will not be sufficient to work. Look at the worst case senario) if CIS does not approve your petition after RFE and then your EAD expires you need to quit the JOB.

However with all that said i think you will be approved in 3-4 weeks after CIS receives your response for the RFE.
