minammmmmm,

Dude :)

Stop obsessing with it - it just a piece of paper/plastic.
Good way to make it easier - try to check immigrations forums and BCIS site approx once a week. Gradually you'll notice that there's life around you, man.

Take it easy.

you need to two minimum requirements:

1. have stable job with decent pay
2. your RD is far away with VSC's current processing time

otherwise, forget about "forgetting about GC"

me too, I am so depressed

and frustrated as my wife and I have both great career opportunities waiting, and if we can't get them just because of this damn GC, we are gonna regret for the rest of our lives, I shouldn't have hired my stupid lawyer just because of the lower price, otherwise, I could have got the approval at least 3 months ago. stupid lawyers' licenses should all be suspended...

Jan485.

i think you have the same EAC# to mine (EAC02108...)

u know what... there are so many I-485s in EAC02108... dunno why.

you are asking for the impossible :D :D
It's like a rapist pleading guilty and asking the judge to leave him
without punishment.

yeah - almost 120 in -50xxx series alone! I guess late Jan was when everbody (INS, employers, lawyers, ourselves...) got back to normal after the long holiday season. I don't really know why either.
Hey, my idea was the best, wasn't it? :) :) :)

I have a serious suggestion for you. Submit a AR11 address change with Texas address (of one of your friends there) . Your case is likely to get transferred there and you know the rest of the story. Texans never think about GC :p :p

my experience

minammmmmm, I am sure you have heard of fighting fire with fire. I was able to forget about GC completely ... but that lasted only 2 days ... I had a Sev 1 problem at work that completely took my attention away from GC. Therefore, the solution is simple find something else to worry about. :D

1)Get into buying lotteries
2) Create a ne casino-habit
and those worries would overcome GC's.. :)

Else Compete in Survivor IV/V in some island/forest[if and only if other contestants aren't in ur same category...] :)

Well trying to think of a way for forgetting GC is worse than thinking of GC..!! becoz u wud never find a way, if ur RD is close. :)
