Hello guys
Here is my case. I got GC thru employer(say company A) in 2004. I quit A in 04 (after 6 months), joined B,
quit B in 1 month, joined C and worked there for 3+ yr. While working at C, I did some part-time work for company D.
In middle of 2008, I quit C and joined E. I was fired from E in 1 month. I joined F immediately and since then been with them.
I want to seek opinion from you - Will I have problems when I file for Citizenship given I jumped so many ships!

Thanks

teacher2003, you should know this by heart, you are not going to pass the naturalization exam if you have an F ;) You started with company A, now you are in F, that's a failing grade :)

Just kidding, nkm-oct23 is right.

No Problems. You are fine. I joined 4 companies since I got GC and I stayed only 5 months with the first employer(sponsorer) after GC, actually he was not able to afford to pay the amount he promised on the GC application - SUCKER. I am naturalized couple of days ago, not even a question on Employment.

Hope this helps.

Good Luck

You may encounter questions if the employers for whom you worked subsequent to employer A were in a totally different industry than employer A. Other than that, you should be fine.

No problems at all

Hi,

You been with company A for 6 months that is good enough..

They dont care if you changed companies upto Z (as long as you filed taxes on time :)

I see no problems at all.

Good luck!

USCIS officer usually asked why you leave an employer which was your GC sponsor. Be prepared to answer the question persuasively.
